The course explores the emerging field of global administrative law: rule-making by international organisations, transnational regulatory networks, accountability mechanisms, due process in global governance and judicial review beyond the state. Students develop skills in analysing global regulatory phenomena and the interaction between domestic, EU and international administrative law.
