Philosophy of Law

The course explores the theoretical foundations of law through the main currents of legal thought: natural law theory, legal positivism, realism and contemporary debates. It addresses the relationship between law, morality and politics, developing critical skills in analysing legal language, interpretation and justice issues in pluralistic societies.
